Formerly known as the MILLSUMMIT, the Spur Impact Leadership Summit (SILS) is the region's one of a kind event that gathers hundreds of professionals of all ages and backgrounds to Wilmington, Delaware.
At SILS 2026, you will have the opportunity to connect, network and learn from professionals, difference makers, rising stars, and other leaders who want to make an impact in their community.
The 10th Annual Summit will be on Tuesday, August 4 from 8:30 - 4 pm at Delaware Technical Community College's George Campus in Wilmington (300 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801). Early bird tickets are $175/person and will be on sale until June 1, when the prices increase to $225/person.
